It’s an inward examination that prompts us to evaluate our decisions, recognize our assets, and pinpoint areas needing growth. This self-awareness ensures our decisions align with the broader vision.
In leadership, while the vision paves the direction, consistent self-evaluation and team feedback ensure we remain on the desired path. But how do we navigate the complexities of Supply Chain Management? Think back to adventure stories where protagonists set out without a map – thrilling but imprudent.
